There are 72 elastic loops, place two pencils under each loop. This will accommodate all 132 pencils plus some extras!
Sharpened pencils will easily slip under the loops. On the center pages, position one side with the points facing down and the other side with the points facing up. This prevents the points from being weighted to the bottom of the case.

Case closes with a zipper.
